Today’s video comes from a fashion shoot i was asked to help out on as a DP (director of photography) earlier this year for my good friend Lalique Martinez (photographer) called “When I Said Gilberte’s Name”. For this project Lalique focused on images concentrating on landscape, lighting and the calm feel of each model. Lalique was sure to include mix media and create a fine balance of photos and video for her opening at the creative space of ‘Dog And Pony’ located in Austin Texas. Take a look at the video that was on display during her opening.

Short Collection of photos taken over the Labor Day weekend from Current’s coverage of Margarita Meltdown 2012.
San Antonio Margarita Meltdown is a competition between the best restaurants and bars in town. Competitors concocted their finest margarita by offering samples to the public throughout the evening in the historic La Villita on the River Walk. Performances included DJ Regs and Marianchi Las Coronelas. Part of the proceeds benefited the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Behind the scenes video coming from local tv station Kens 5 San Antonio of our feature film Sanitarium. This 3 part series features short stories with a “Tales from the Crypt” meets “The Twilight Zone” feel to it. What a pleasure working with this production crew for last 3 weeks and loving every minute of it. Director Bryan Ramirez has given me tons of help assigning multiple positions in all departments on set including Key Grip, Assistant Gaffer, Props, PA and even a small part in the film too! Guess I’ve earned being part of the family at Irez Productions and I’m truly blessed to be selected to work with all of them.

Photos taken at “Rock Your Socks Off” event over the weekend at 502 Bar in San Antonio, TX. For everyone in attendance, were given the option to bring a pair of old or unused shoes for children and adults in the community would receive half-off admission at the event. Local powerhouse bands like Henry & The Invisibles, Pop Pistol and Mexicains With Guns rocked the house late in the night while comedians like Avery Moore and Friends opened the night. Just another day contributing with The Travel Channel’s coverage of “The Nations Top River Attractions” set to feature The San Antonio Riverwalk: Canoe Challenge over the weekend.
